Join Beiteinu as we explore the rich Jewish History of Philadelphia, led by Jon Stone. The Philly Maven Jewish History Tour is a Jewish-themed walking tour of the Old City and Society Hill sections of historic Philadelphia. The main focus is on the Colonial and Revolutionary War-Era Jewish community.

We're going to once again meet at Mikveh Israel Cemetery, and then proceed over to Old City to learn about the origins of the Jewish community in Philadelphia, their lives during the colonial period and involvement in the Independence movement and Revolutionary War, and then concluding with the historic synagogues in Society Hill and a nice Kosher snack.
